Application:
The Router cutter Diamaster PRO is designed for sizing and grooving with its continuous cutting edge. It is perfect for use with stationary routers with or without CNC control, machining centres, and milling machines that have spindles to mount shank tools.
Workpiece Material:
This router cutter is suitable for use on chipboard and fibre materials such as MDF and HDF. It can also be used on uncoated and plastic-coated materials, veneered materials, duromers, plastomers, laminated materials such as HPL-compact laminate, Trespa, and multiplex plywood, as well as NF-metals.
Technical Information:
The Router cutter Diamaster PRO features a solid tungsten carbide tool body, which provides increased stability and smooth running. It has a DP face edge that is suitable for plunging, and a slightly positive shear angle for improved chip removal during ramp plunging. The cutter allows for axial infeed for grooving and sizing up to a maximum of 1.0 - 1.5 times its diameter. Additionally, it can be resharpened up to 3 times with normal wear.
