Workpiece Material:

The Leitz 091101 Router cutter Diamaster PLUS is compatible with a wide range of materials including chipboard, fibre materials (MDF, HDF, etc.), uncoated or plastic-coated materials, veneered materials, duromers, plastomers, and laminated materials such as HPL-compact laminate, Trespa, and multiplex plywood. It is also capable of machining abrasive and hard to machine materials like HPL, Trespa, GFRP, CFRP, etc.

Technical Information:

The router cutter features cutting edges with alternate shear angle and a tungsten carbide plunging tip. It is resharpenable 5 to 8 times with normal wear, ensuring long-lasting performance. For MDF cuts that require painting, it is recommended to use tools with continuous edges for a smooth finish.
