This router cutter can be used with various materials including chipboard, fibre materials (MDF, HDF, etc.), uncoated and plastic-coated materials, veneered materials, duromers, plastomers, and laminated materials (HPL-compact laminate, Trespa, multiplex plywood).

Technical Information:

The router cutter features cutting edges with an alternate shear angle and a tungsten carbide plunging tip. It can be resharpened 5 to 8 times with normal wear. For MDF cuts intended for painting, finishing with tools with continuous edges is recommended. The stable and rigid tips of this cutter make it suitable for machining abrasive and hard-to-machine materials such as HPL, Trespa, GFRP, CFRP, etc.
