For jointing, beveling and raised panels with stepless adjustable bevel angles +/- 60°.

Stationary routers with/without CNC control, machining centers.
Technical Information:
Quick adjustment to typical angles 15°, 30°, 45°, and 60° with positive stop. Other
intermediate angles via bezel scale.
Insert design: 2-edged conventional carbide inserts suitable for a wide range of
materials. Maximum material thickness 34 mm @ 45°.
HeliCut design: 4-edge carbide inserts with aggressive alternative shear
geometry, particularly suitable for solid wood and soft materials. Maximum
material thickness 38 mm @ 45°.
WhisperCut design: 1-edge diamond inserts with alternative shear for chip-free
edges, top and bottom, particularly well-suited for abrasive materials.

The Leitz Adjustable Bevel Cutterhead is designed for jointing, beveling, and raised panels with stepless adjustable bevel angles of +/- 60°. It is suitable for use with stationary routers with or without CNC control, as well as machining centers.

The cutterhead features quick adjustment to typical angles of 15°, 30°, 45°, and 60° with a positive stop. It also offers the ability to set intermediate angles via the bezel scale.

There are three insert designs available for the Leitz Adjustable Bevel Cutterhead:

  1. 2-edged conventional carbide inserts, which are suitable for a wide range of materials. These inserts can handle a maximum material thickness of 34 mm at a 45° angle.
  2. HeliCut design, which features 4-edge carbide inserts with aggressive alternative shear geometry. This design is particularly suitable for solid wood and soft materials, with a maximum material thickness of 38 mm at a 45° angle.
  3. WhisperCut design, which uses 1-edge diamond inserts with alternative shear for chip-free edges on both the top and bottom. This design is especially well-suited for abrasive materials.
