Premium Lamella Cut

Application:
The Premium lamella cut is designed for cutting strips and slats along the grain on both horizontal and vertical spindles. It is suitable for use on moulders with or without forced guidance of workpieces, and can be applied on single, double, horizontal, or vertical spindles.

Workpiece material:
This product is suitable for use on both softwood and hardwood. It is designed to work on dry wood with a moisture content of up to 10%, and is compatible with quality categories 0 to 1.

Technical information:
The Premium lamella cut features a noise-reduced and low vibration design, achieved through an irregular tooth pitch or odd number of teeth. This design also allows for cutting width reduction, resulting in high wood savings and efficient energy utilization. The tool body is continuous without any recess, allowing for maximum cutting height. Different tooth configurations are available to optimize tooth feeds at different feed speeds.

The tool body is coated with a special coating, which enhances cutting performance and reduces resinification. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use this product with hydro sleeves or clamping arbors. Additionally, the use of high precision spacers can further increase the performance of the saws. When using this product, it is important to pay attention to the setting of machines with riving knives.
