Application:

For cutting strips and slats along the grain on horizontal and vertical spindles.

Machine:

Designed for use on moulders with or without forced guidance of workpieces. Suitable for application on single, double, horizontal, or vertical spindles.

Workpiece Material:

Recommended for use on softwood and hardwood with up to 10% wood moisture content. Suitable for quality category 0 to 1.

Technical Information:

  • Noise-reduced and low vibration design due to irregular tooth pitch or odd number of teeth.
  • Extremely reduced cutting width for high wood savings and efficient energy utilization.
  • Continuous tool body without recess for maximum cutting height.
  • Different number of teeth available for optimal tooth feeds with different feed speeds.
  • Higher cutting performance and less resinification due to a special coating on the tool body.
  • Recommended for use with hydro sleeves or clamping arbors, along with high precision spacers to increase the performance of the saws.
  • Attention to machine setting with riving knives is essential for safe and effective use.
