Application:

Designed for sizing and grooving in engineered wood boards, the Leitz 091214 Router cutter Diamaster PLUS offers increased performance time and tear-free cut edges on both sides. It is suitable for large batch quantities and can be used at high feed speeds.

This router cutter is compatible with stationary routers with or without CNC control, machining centres, and milling machines with spindles to mount shank tools.

Workpiece material:

It can be used on chipboard and fibre materials such as MDF and HDF, whether they are uncoated, plastic coated, veneered, or other variations.

Technical information:

The Leitz 091214 Router cutter Diamaster PLUS features a spiral cutting edge arrangement with alternate shear angle and DP plunging tip. It can be resharpened 8 to 12 times with normal wear. For MDF cuts intended for painting, finishing with tools with continuous edges is recommended. Tools with negative twist support tool clamping, especially for small parts.
