Leitz 091158 Router cutter Diamaster PRO

The Leitz 091158 Router cutter Diamaster PRO is designed for sizing and grooving with a continuous cutting edge. It is particularly suitable for machining MDF with direct lacquering or foil coating of the machined edges. With its negative shear angle (only for ID 091158), it ensures tear-free edges during grooving and supports the workpiece clamping of smaller parts. The cutter can be resharpened 3 to 5 times with normal wear and offers maximum chip removal of 4. For higher chip removal, a roughing cut is required.

This router cutter is suitable for use with stationary routers with or without CNC control, machining centres, and milling machines with spindles to mount shank tools.
