Leitz 040925 Router cutter in turnblade design

Application: Router cutter for sizing and grooving. Ideal for grooving with a constant tool diameter.

Machine: Suitable for stationary routers with or without CNC control, machining centres, and milling machines with spindles to mount shank tools.

Workpiece Material: Designed for softwood, chipboard, and fibre materials such as MDF and HDF. Can be used on uncoated, plastic coated, and veneered workpieces.

Technical Information: Features a straight cut design with a Teflon coated tool body, reducing resin and glue build-up. While primarily suitable for rough cuts, the cutting edge overlap may be visible on the workpiece. Equipped with a tungsten carbide turnblade knife plunging tip for enhanced performance.
