The Circular sawblade RazorCut PLUS is designed for panel sizing of single boards and stacks of boards with low cutting heights (up to 60 mm) with scoring. It is suitable for use with panel sizing saws that have a scoring unit and pressure beam.

This sawblade is specifically designed for use with chipboard and fibre materials that are plastic coated, as well as duroplastics such as compact laminate panels (e.g. HPL).

With its special cutting edge geometry and maximal quiet running, the Circular sawblade RazorCut PLUS ensures optimal cutting quality. It is suitable for high feed speeds in batch size 1 production. The design features irregular pitch and vibration damping laser ornaments, which contribute to its optimal running behavior.

This sawblade is made from an extremely wear-resistant cutting material, ensuring maximal tool life. It is a reliable choice for achieving precise and efficient cuts.
