Perfect for rounding workpieces with different radii or creating 45° bevels.

Compatible with stationary routers with or without CNC control, as well as milling machines with spindles to mount shank tools.

Workpiece Material:

Ideal for use on softwood, hardwood, chipboard, fibre materials (MDF, HDF, etc.), uncoated, plastic coated, veneered materials, laminated veneer lumber (plywood, multiplex plywood, etc.), duromers, plastomers, and solid surface materials (Corian, Varicor, etc.).

Technical Information:

This profile cutterhead can be used on the top or bottom of the workpiece, with a maximum cutting depth of approximately 35mm. It is suitable for cutting narrow internal radii on workpieces. With one tool body, you can achieve radii from 2 to 5 and create 45° bevels.
