Designed for cutting different profiles, the Leitz 006044 Profile Cutterhead VariForm offers versatility and flexibility. The profile can be easily changed by replacing the profile knives and backing plates.

The Leitz 006044 Profile Cutterhead VariForm is compatible with stationary routers with or without CNC control, as well as milling machines with spindles to mount shank tools.

Workpiece Material:

This cutterhead is suitable for use on various workpiece materials. It can be used on softwood and hardwood (HW-30F), chipboard and fibre materials (MDF, HDF, etc.), uncoated, plastic coated, veneered materials, as well as laminated veneer lumber such as plywood and multiplex plywood (HW-10F).

Technical Information:

The Leitz 006044 Profile Cutterhead VariForm features a three-point knife clamping mechanism, ensuring high precision and safety during operation. The knives are economic and can be resharpened 3 to 4 times. Additionally, the modular system allows the same profile knives to be used in different tool bodies on different machines.
