The Leitz 007934 Hydro planerhead TurboPlan PLUS is designed for both pre and finish planing with high feed speeds. It is suitable for use on high performance planing machines that have precision spindles and counter bearings, as well as a jointing unit.

It can be used on both softwood and hardwood workpiece materials.

The tool body is designed to be lightweight and optimized for weight. It features two independent hydro systems for the tool and knife clamping, which can be activated using a grease gun. The planer knives are marathon coated with back serration (SB x 30 x 5 mm).

Please note that the Hydro planerheads can only be used in combination with a clamping collar.
